How to Buy

1. Select the category of merchandise in the drop down box
2. Click on Add to cart
3. This will take you to the PAYPAL website
4. Choose the size of your chosen product (if applicable) and what quantity you would like
5. Once you have finished shopping, check your shopping cart to confirm your order is correct. Then, click 'proceed to checkout'.
6. At the checkout, enter your name and address, and your payment details.
7. Postage is charged per type of product. So if you order 5 t-shirts the postage is $6. However if you order 5 T-Shirts and 5 Singlets the postage is $12.00

How do I exchange faulty stock?

Simply contact info@pinkhope.org.au.  We will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a replacement.  

Send your item(s) to the address above.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

IMPORTANT

1. The return must be received by www.pinkhope.org.au within thirty (30) days of the SMV number being issued
2. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by www.pinkhope.org.au
3. Freight will be charged at the standard rate (please refer to our postage and handling page)
