Member of the Year
 Every year I announce a Member of the Year - an ambassador who has made a positive impact on our community. Someone who inspires and creates awareness.
This year Kim Wood is Pink Hope's Member of the Year. Kim never ceases to amaze me with her kindness, her resilience and compassion for previviours and survivours alike.
Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 28 and has only recently completed her reconstruction. She was determined to make the weekend even though she was only 4 weeks out of hospital.
I know that all my ambassadors agreed she was a worthy winner.
